Hello! My name is John Dutton and I am an American State National Of Texas. Years ago, I had a friend call me up one day and he asked me if I had ever heard the term of American State National. After my conversation with him, I wanted to learn everything about the American State National movement and how to become one. And this is where my journey takes a turn for me.
In this vast and diverse landscape of the United States, you may find yourself contemplating the idea of becoming an American State National. While most U.S. Citizens are familiar with the concept of U.S. citizenship, the distinction of being a State National offers a unique perspective to some and an alternative on individual sovereignty to others. For me it was both a perspective and alternative which became a reality a short time after the call from my friend. What stood out to me the most in my conversation with Todd was him saying to me that once you change your political status, the federal, state and local governments have no more jurisdiction over you as a natural person because you are no longer a U.S. Citizen. At first, the idea sort of shocked me because in short, I’m a veteran and I have put my own life on the line in defense for what I thought was the most covenanted political status in the world. People from all over the world are trekking here, risking life and limb at the chance to obtain U.S. Citizenship and I am hearing for the first time that I as a U.S. Citizen are actually viewed as a 14th Amendment Citizen, which is an enemy to this government.

I asked how can this be? This was mind blowing to me because I love my country and I was proud to call myself an American Citizen.
In this first article of many I intend to write about this subject, we will explore just a little perspective why someone might consider this status and the potential benefits it may bring.
One primary reason individuals may consider becoming an American State National is the desire to be sovereign while preserving and protecting their individual rights. It is obvious as the sky is blue, that the federal, state and local municipal governments have expanded their powers, and having an American State National status allows you the people to assert your rights outside of their jurisdiction. What is jurisdiction? Simply stated, the government will not have jurisdiction or power or control, over you because you are Sovereign. On the other hand, what I just said is also an oversimplification. You as an individual must learn your rights and how to defend them. That takes study and work because as a Police officer once told me, if you don’t know your rights, then you don’t have any rights and you cant just become an American State National thinking that police officer is going to let you go from his/her traffic stop without at the least gently asserting your rights to him/her. They never taught us this in school and with good reason. Becoming an American State National is a culture and a life style.
Your freedom was taken away from you at birth and you don’t even know it, maybe you do, or this is the first time you heard anybody say it. More on that later in many articles to come.
However, the first thing you need to come to the realization in your mind is that our Federal Government is a “for profit Corporation” just like Costco, Walmart or Amazon and the Government has you contracted as one of its Federal employees. I will get into this much more in depth later but for now, watch this short tik tok clip
