As the world becomes more globalized, many people are exploring their options for citizenship and nationality. One option that has gained popularity in recent years is becoming an American National. While this may seem like a straightforward process, there are actually several legal implications to consider before making this decision. In this blog post, we will explore the benefits and drawbacks of being an American National from a legal perspective.
Legal Consequences of Becoming an American National:
One of the first things you need to understand is that being or becoming an American National is not the same as being or becoming a U.S. citizen. As an American National, you have your God Given rights, not privileges granted to you by the US Federal Government. This means that your legal status is much different than that of a U.S citizen or U.S resident.
Is it Legal to Become an American National?
The short answer is yes, it is completely legal to become an American National. However, there are some limitations on who can become an American National. For example, if you are already a naturalized US citizen of from another country, you cannot become an American National without giving up your current US citizenship. Anyone from another part of the world can become an American National.

How Does the US Government View American Nationals?
The Unites States Government is a District of Columbia corporation. In Volume 20: Corpus Juris Sec. § 1785 we find “The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a State” (see NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S. 0. 1973, 14 L. Ed. 287 Since a corporation is a fictitious “person” (it cannot speak, see, touch, smell, etc.), it cannot by itself, function in the real world. It needs a conduit, a transmitting utility, liaison of some sort, to “connect” the fictional person, and fictional world in which it exists, to the real world. YOU, the US Citizen are the transmitting utility.
Since the US Government is a Private Corporation creates corporate statutes, polices and codes in the same way Costco or Walmart does, from a legal standpoint, the United States government views the American Nationals and the American National movement as an enemy that exposes the big fraud perpetuated on them at birth. American Nationals do not believe that they are under the jurisdiction of the US Federal government. American Nationals who have corrected their political status have expatriated themselves from being classified as a 14th Amendment Citizen and and no longer claim themselves as being a resident of the United States because claiming to being a resident puts an American National back into the jurisdiction and control of Washington D.C. American Nationals believe that they have their God Given Rights as they are written in the Bill of Rights guaranteed to the people. American Nationals do not believe that the US government granted these Bill of Rights.
Benefits and Drawbacks of Being an American National from a Legal Perspective:
There are both advantages and disadvantages to becoming an American National from a legal perspective. Most American nationals enjoy the benefits that come with having their status corrected. On one hand, American Nationals enjoy a higher degree of freedom and flexibility that 14th Amendment US Citizens do not. An American National has a limited diplomatic immunity that the US Citizen does not have. Just as US Citizens have the “privilege” granted to them by their private Corporate US Government to come and go as they please and to be free from restrictions on employment and travel. On the other hand, however, American Nationals have their Unalienable Constitutional Right to travel freely and to work without having to pay taxes to a Private Corporation in which said taxes are gifted to the British Crown. Yes you have been lied to. Additionally, because they are not US citizens, they may face additional scrutiny when exercising their rights as an American National like when the Police or (Policy Enforcer) decides to stop them because of a private plate being displayed or plate light out.
The Difference Between American Nationality and Citizenship:
Finally, it’s important to understand the difference between being an American national and US citizenship. While these terms are often used by the system interchangeably, they actually refer to two distinct legal concepts. First an individual must come to the conclusion in their own mind that US Citizenship is a “corporate citizenship”, a “citizen”, a fictional corporation, or the transmitting utility that connects them to the US Federal Government. While being an American National refers to individual’s who were born under diplomatic status in the United States. If you were born in the United States, you were actually born with having diplomatic status before you were tricked into US Citizenship.
This is supported pursuant to 8 CFR § 101.3 (2) Creation of record of lawful permanent resident status for person born under diplomatic status in the United States. You are all each a native of your State having diplomatic immunity by way of accreditation to the “Organization of American States”
Look this up.
