What Is An American State National

Let me first say what an American State National is not…

The ADL or Anti Defamation League states that “American State National is a term used by sovereign citizens and some QAnon adherents to refer to themselves, reflecting their belief that they are not citizens of what they perceive is an illegitimate, tyrannical federal government. The term has been popularized in recent years by sovereign citizen gurus Bobby Lawrence and David Straight, who teach sovereignty with a QAnon bent.

Wikipedia categorizes the American State National as part of the “sovereign citizen movement” calling us a loose group of litigants, anti-government activists, tax protesters, financial scammers, and conspiracy theorists based mainly in the United States.

An American State National is not part of a “sovereign citizen movement”. Sovereign Citizen is an oxy- moron term. You cannot be “sovereign” and a “citizen” at the same time.

“A sovereign is one in whom supreme power is vested. He may delegate whatever of his total authority he wishes. He can consent to whatever outside authority he may choose or none at all. However, he cannot be “subject” to outside authority; this would be in contradiction to sovereignty.” (Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Ed.)

What we were all taught in public school was exactly what the federal and state government wanted us to be taught and a very important thing for everyone to understand is that the words used in statutory law do not have the normal, everyday, street meaning. Our government uses words of art with meanings of their own (legalese) to entrap everyone of us.

Are you Sovereign?

So, what is a “citizen of the United States”—or how does the Federal Government see you in its eyes?

Look this up for yourself.

“A Citizen of the United States” is a civilly dead entity operating as a co-trustee and Co-beneficiary

of the (Public Charitable Trust) the constructive, cestui que trust of the U.S. Inc. under the 14th

amendment, which upholds the debt of the USA and US Inc.” Congressional Record, June 13th

However, as one supreme court Judge stated “First Amendment rights are indeed fundamental, for ‘We the people’ are the sovereigns, not those who sit in the seats of the mighty.” BROADRICK v. State of  OKALAHOMA, 413 U.S. 601 (1973)(2). —Justice DOUGLAS, Supreme Court of the United States) dissenting: 

“Sovereigns are equal. It is the duty of a sovereign, not to submit his rights to the decision of a co-sovereign. He is the sole arbiter of his own rights. He acknowledges no superior, but God alone. American State Nationals are men and women who have corrected their status from the corporate fiction citizen of the United States to a free American.

They are people who are dedicated in helping to educate other people who want to learn about becoming an American State National and helping all irregardless of race, color or income level learn how to protect themselves from our current government corporations polices that are attempting to destroy our way of life.

American State Nationals are not opposed to government; they simply desire to independently govern their own lives.
